About Me
I live in Yorkshire, England. I began writing when rock & roll stardom failed to return my calls. So far I've sold seventy-odd short stories to various magazines and anthologies. A collection of my short fiction, The Shapes of Strangers, came out from NewCon Press in April 2019. Two previous collections, Maps of the Edge (2011) and Escape Routes from Earth (2015), were self-published.
My spare time interests include hiking, gardening, and conservation volunteering — anything to get me outdoors and away from the computer screen.
